Sensory Walk

Pre-school really enjoyed going on a sensory walk through a range of different materials. We took off our socks and shoes and walked through pom poms, ice cubes, stones, rice Krispies, chick peas, jelly, grass and spaghetti. We used lots of different describing words to describe how the materials felt on our feet e.g cold, hard, fluffy, squishy, comfy, crunchy, crispy, spikey, warm. What great messy fun!
